These terms govern your use of getdanny, a personal travel concierge you message on WhatsApp, operated by Daphna Shteinberg (“we”, “us”). By registering or messaging the concierge, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
getdanny helps you plan trips, find and compare hotels, and prepare bookings. It is available by invitation only, to adults aged 18 or over. The concierge is powered by AI and works with a professional travel advisor’s booking tools.
2. Bookings
- Bookings are made through our travel-advisor partner, Fora Travel, with the hotel or other supplier. When you’re ready to book, we send you a secure booking link; you review the final price, terms and cancellation policy on that page and complete the booking yourself.
- Your reservation is a contract with the supplier, and is subject to the supplier’s and Fora’s terms, including cancellation, deposit and payment rules shown at booking.
- Prices and availability come from suppliers in real time and can change until you book. Prices shown in chat may be approximate or converted from another currency; the price on the booking page is the one that applies.
- We do not book flights. Arranging flights and other transport is your responsibility.
- Perks such as upgrades, breakfast or credits depend on the rate and supplier and may be subject to availability.
3. Payments
You pay on the booking partner’s secure page. We never ask for, and you should never send, card numbers in chat. Any fees, deposits, taxes and refunds are handled under the supplier’s and booking partner’s terms.
4. AI assistance
The concierge uses AI and can make mistakes. Before you book, check the details on the booking page — dates, travelers, room, price and cancellation terms. Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees about a property or destination.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about yourself and anyone you travel with, and have their permission to share it.
- Keep your phone and WhatsApp account secure; anyone using your number can act on your account.
- Hold valid travel documents, visas and insurance for your trips.
- Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access other people’s information, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Messaging
By registering, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages from us about your trips and requests. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling the concierge or contacting us. Standard WhatsApp and data charges may apply.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, pause or end the service, or your access to it, at any time — for example to prevent misuse. We may update these terms; if changes are significant we’ll tell you before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of hotels, suppliers or booking partners, for changes to prices or availability, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can’t be excluded.
